Training
Students will undergo a 3 month training course to give them the skills and know-how they need to design and complete a project of their undertaking
Networking
We will match likeminded students into groups and provide them with mentorship and guidance from published and accomplished researchers in the field
Independence
Students will be supported to create their own projects in line with their own interests and empowered to make a difference in medical research
Support
Our dedicated research and welfare teams will be able to support and provide personalised guidance to complete your project through every step
Interested in Research? Look no further, as NMRA is bringing you an amazing opportunity to conduct your own research project with future potential for publications!
This is a chance for anyone with or without a research background to learn how to work with a scientific team and write an academic piece. Applicants will go through two phases of shortlisting, which may involve an online interview. Successful applicants would also be expected to complete our education series and apply the newly learnt tools in their own mentorship programs.

Being a mentor in the NMRA Mentorship Scheme is a rewarding experience. You have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with others help them develop their skills, and make a positive impact on their career.
By becoming a mentor, you can also enhance your own leadership and communication skills, as well as gain valuable opportunities to publish research, gain accreditation of teaching for your portfolio, and to further develop your academic career with further work at NMRA.
